Johnny Eliades has been an entrepreneur for the last 20 years. He is a member of The South African Institute of Professional Accountants and The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. He is a past chairman of ACCA South Africa and serves on the committee of SAIPA Free State.
He obtained his Bachelors in Accounting Degree from the University of the Free State in 1998. On August 2006, after completing his articles he opened his own accounting firm, Ioannis Eliades Chartered Certified Accountants.
Johnny’s company, IECCA helps businesses plan cash flow, achieve growth, and obtain timely and accurate information to support business decisions.
B-BBEE Specialist
A company’s level of B-BBEE Compliance is measured against a B-BBEE scorecard, which summarises a company’s compliance with various elements of B-BBEE. Once a company’s level of B-BBEE compliance is verified by an independent rating agency, the rating agency issues a B-BBEE certificate outlining the company’s level of compliance.
Johnny gives coaching on B-BBEE and helps a company improve. He will be able to assist you with any issue you might have.

Johnny Eliades has been an entrepreneur for the last 15 years. He is a Success Strategist, Qualified Chartered Accountant, a Business Coach, Motivational Speaker, John Maxwell Certified Coach, Peak Performance Coach, a Lecturer and B-BBEE specialist. He has studied with the best coaches and motivational speakers in the world and has changed many lives over the years.
He obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of the Free State in 1998. Johnny founded the IE International Group in order to offer a holistic approach to business and individual success.
